Creating your own training group simply requires you to recruit eight or more individuals from your organization who want to become coaches. Here are the benefits of creating your own training group:
- Get trained at home. TLC certification requires three day-long workshops. As a TLC trainer, I will come to your community to do a workshop just for you, so no one has to leave home.
- Save money. Instead of paying for 8 individuals to travel , you only need to pay for one trainer to come to you.
- Set your own schedule. Since it's your training group, you can set up a training schedule that works for you. Build in a week off for a conference, vacation or church event whenever you want. This flexibility is a great asset for busy leaders!
- Build your team. Since all of your are going through the same training together, the process becomes a great relationship- and team-building venue.
- Introduce coaching to your organization. Portions of the coach-training workshops can be opened to the public, giving you an opportunity to promote coaching in your organization. You can also make arrangements for additional workshops or training events.
