Ron & Nicole Marsh My personal mission is to be a loving man of God full of joy and peace leading others into a growing relationship with Him. Over the past 13 years I have served as a pastor over various age groups in churches from 200-4000 and I bring a pastor's heart to Coaching.  I began coaching in 2002 and I am currently finishing the first U.S. Master's Degree in Leadership Coaching.  In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife, Nicole, playing my guitar and running through the streets, trails and beaches near our home!  My wife and I have a deep desire to see others grow into the fullness of who God created them to be.  Life Coaching offers a powerful platform to utilize the gifts God has given me to make a lasting impact in the lives of others.  I find deep personal satisfaction and fulfillment as I coach others to live on purpose.  My background in Theology, Leadership, Human Behavior Science and Pastoral Ministry are a few of the many tools I draw from as I Coach others to greater fulfillment.  Click HERE to see the unique qualities I bring to the coaching process.
